Hush now, the children are sleeping

Children cryes
a heartbraking choir
from soar throats
rises up
towards the foggy sky

Broken bodys
weak souls
loud prayers after help
from strangers
who dont care about
their existence

Hush now
the children are sleeping
the peacedisturbing choir
has finaly disapeard
and once again
worthless lifes
is forgotten
in a heartless
cold world

F.i.in.e Moods The PoetBay support member heart!
makes me think of kids who live in the streets... how no one notices (more like they deliberately ignore, in my opinion) their existence... those are my thoughts reading your poem... theres a dark mood to this with the choice of words... very deep... also makes me think of personal experiences on my side... if i can suggest corrections to spelling: cryes=cries, heartbraking=heartbreaking, soar=sore, bodys=bodies, finaly=finally, disapeard=disappeared, lifes=lives.... please no offense, just thought you might appreciate knowing :) good poem... i enjoyed this very much... thanks for sharing :f
