Life is a game, it's simple, you win or your lose
there are rules that you follow and some tools that you use
but no ones there to help you, your all on your own
because friends are only good to you if at the game they don't blow
so i know that i'm sounding pessimistic to you
but you gotta realize that i'm just spittin' my view
and keep in mind that i never said i hated life
in fact i love mine, shit, there's nothing wrong with a good fight
i love the way that this world keeps throwin' me off
like the attack on the twin towers, damn that smoke made me cough
i hate those people, with every single ounce of my being,
they tore something away and then ran away fleeing
to what ever god that they think will accept them for murdering
thousands of innocent people for doing nothing but working
and being something. they were simply born into yo
and i bet you half of those people were not even born here yo
So i think of it this way, the terrorists got a point
but what we got, is unity and newfound passion for
America, and now the hippies smoking there joints
are coming out, and in iraq fighting the war
to protect their nation, and everyone that believes in peace
so really what their doing is exactly what they did before.
And now shit, i turned this into a speil of 9-11
that was not at all in any way my intention
its just an example, of how every single day
i figure out some new, or find a new way
to live my life, and i swear i really dont' know any more
i guess i'll have to live my life and simply explore
