the Edwardian lady in  the  centre of the picture on neps page  evoked this poem for the challenge

Parasol Beauty by M.A.Meddings an entry to Neps Seurat painting challenge

Parasol beauty
In pointallistic embrace
Imagination
Defines your face
The artist with skill
Describes you grace
With brush and staff
He steals the eye
To  the  flow of your dress
And the firmness of thigh
Just sublty suggested
Your wonderful skin
How could you ever
Fail to win
My heart
Parasol beauty
