This poem was written as a cowrite with Blueeyed Soul and was kept under wraps for awhile because we didnt think it good enough for posting. With her agreement I am now posting  it here.

I Am Standing So Close To You a cowrite by M.A.Meddings and Blueeyed Soul

I am standing so close to you
Closer than we have ever been
And I see the love you have for me
And pent up desire you dare not dream

Your woodsy scent catches my breath
I can almost hear your heartbeat
Or is it  mine in tune with your own ?
And though I tremble, I never felt so complete

My days of being near to you
I delight in  hearing the sound of your voice
Your gentle movements are the thrill of me
Ever keeping me close without no choice

You mesmerise me with your smile
Your softest kiss gives me a glow
You bewilder me with your disdain
And keep me dangling until I go

I wish for these days to never end
This glorious mark of time; you and I
Wonder and magic captures our breath
And our feelings we cannot deny

So as here we sit side by side
No passion greater within our eyes
I soak up your essence, behold the splendor
Seized by the arrow of cupid's surprise

You people actually thought this wasn't good enough for posting? Bad bad poets... You kept this to yourselves...

You should have shared this gently loving text sooner! :)
