Til deg som har det tungt/ to you who have lost hope

Vi lever
dag for dag,
år for år.
Ingen vet
hvor lang tid vi har
Ingen vet,
hva som vil skje.
men jeg vet; at livet,
det er dyrebart.
vi må leve,
ikke bare eksistere.
Jeg vet hvordan det er,
det å bare eksistere
men det er så mye bedre å leve!
Det finnes løsninger på alle knuter,
på alle spill og i alle liv.
selv om livet tynger,
skal du vite
at det finnes løsninger.
en dag vil du selv skjønne
hvor dyrebart
livet er...

We live
day by day,
year by year.
No one knows
how long we have.
No one knows
what is to be.
But I know that life
is precious.
We have to live,
not just be.
I know how it is,
just to be.
But it is so much better to live!
There is a way to solve all problems,
all games and all lives.
So if your life is heavy,
you should know
that there are solutions.
One day, will you know this is true
and how precious
life is
