The realisation of love comes often gently, surreptitiously, taking over ones heart, and before you know it you are in the tender trap, and realise she was there all along.

As You Sublimely Captured Me by M.A.Meddings

Once we almost made it babe
Just one time we heard the bells ringing
And that celestial choir singing
All of  our love songs
Just once it seemed like we had that thing
This love to make the Carillion ring
A joy so sweet so gentle then
Such the excitement that we found
But when
You came to kiss me
I  ran away
And thinking for another day
Of you
My will to live without you failed me
As my heart became thee
And then pretty lady of my soul
My love grew strong again
More alive this second time
As you sublimely
Recaptured me

This is another piece of a beautiful love story that you are developing through these lovely poems. Each day, I love reading another "chapter." You never fail to make me sigh.
