when you are away

i ask where is the sun

clouds are too dark

the enemy is unseen

just darkness shares my loneliness

i am in a prison

i wish it had a door.

Sometimes, being away from our soul's dearest friend allows us no light, no door. We must learn to wait patiently.

Yes... the loneliness in the dark can eat you up inside, that's for sure.
Excellent writing here!

Hi, Salem! Good write here. The first three lines are fine; the last three might better be:

just darkness shares my loneliness

i am in a prison

i wish it had a door.

It's possible you want the last line in the past tense ("wished"), but I doubt it!

life without the loved one by your side is indeed a prison, with neither doors, nor windows, and the only light in such a prison is the hope that one day the one we love shall break through the darkness and warm up our soul...
a lovely poem here, Salem, a pleasure to read your words:)
