'Beach is that line between terra and water'- this line was given to me by my friend Judy T Lloyed. It was so poetic that the following lines came out spontaneously


Beach is that line between terra and water...

Beach is my favourite dwelling place,
It is that no man's land I pace,
When I am troubled - with adversary faced,
It soothes me back into my pace.
Sea to me is that place,
that cradles me - rocks me to sleep
with its eternal, infinite grace.
Its vast and never-ending embrace
is like my mother and takes her place.
Beach is that line between terra and water
Like between life and death there is a place,
Where you and I and the whole world dwells...

probably the mention of the beach, i imagine waves, so the feeling of your expression comes through as lulling to me... can feel the peaceful setting the beach holds in your heart... can't say i've been to the beach often (maybe 3 times?) in my life, but when i went i did find it a good place to be... that's what your poem does, takes me there :) a nice poem, i enjoyed :) *hugs* xx
