Seeking The Light
Darkness is all around me,Holding me tightly like a long lost lover found.
No where is the light of hope,
Friends come,
Friends go,
Like a parasite our populations grow.
Religions and Governments become indestinguishable
Inseperatable .
Forms of control!
They are our two headed snakes regardless of nationality.
When was peace forsaken?
When was understanding and compassion towards others cast aside?
Darkness is not evil
Darkness is not good
Darkness is simply awareness of whats going on.
We repeat our forefathers mistakes with improved weapons and new tactics.
We repress our forgotten knowledges of original intents.
Packed in to gyms to be fit , or to be healthy because its the trend.
Starving our selves because the media says we should be thin.
What have we really learned in our generations times here?
What have we forgotten from our forefathers accomplishments?
Darkness is not evil,
Darkness is not good,
Darkness just is.
The Darkness is simply just being alone
The Darkness can vanish with the simple light of hope.
Dare we to hope, Dare we to Dream, Dare we be more like what our forefathers dreamt and less like them?
Are you the light of our future? Am I?
Are any of us more than the mortal shells of flesh and bone?
Dare we dream for hope?
