Honesty demands a come-back!!!
The Chase for Now
I've seen too many "somedays",
Too many "one days",
But very seldom heard, "today is the day",
Nothing forced, all to gain,
What is it about questions?,
What is it about risk?,
Here's a lesson that we have forgotten or was never told,
"If you don't ask questions, how will you know?",
Hand-cuffed by insecurity, but uncertainty makes us very anxious,
Know this, if you don't know, speak,
If you do know, share,
And if you love hassle, then no one needs to hear,
All you need is choice, and the want will take care of itself,
And the shake of the risk is always there with gifts,
Of excitement, happiness and fear,
Unknown is a natural destination,
Uncertainty is a natural idea,
But belief in defeat is not a true feeling,
What is confidence without improvisation?,
What is the choice without you?,
The ones who said "no",
Are the ones who believe in defeat, self-defeat,
They choose to idolize others on box-tubes,
And chastize the ideas of their neighbor,
And if that is not enough, they condemn,
Once the neighbor begin to build the idea,
All because we love saying, "someday", "one day",
But never "today",
And to think, we haven't even got to,
Tomorrow,
The dancer moves without a trace,
