The Clock

Tick tack tick tack,
Clamors the clock!
My hands are tired!
My hands are tired!
Tick tack tick tack,
Clamors the clock!
I want to rest!
I want to rest!
But how can I?
And how can I?
It's my duty
that awaits me!

Kathy Lockhart
love this rhythm just as a clock's second hand moves. And the story of clock and its tenacity is so methaphorical. Well done.
