Three Roses (a love letter to Michael)

Dearest Michael,

You are alive in my heart;

never leaving;

never dying,

and I love you

and always will.

As I look into the starry night

and see the glow of your love

lighting each star like a candle,

setting the sky on fire with your passion,

I am filled with the assurance of Love's infinite power

to last forever in life, in death, in resurrection.

I shall see you again, look into your eyes,

and know that we are one.

I am your Rose and you my Knight

I leave you three roses

saying,

Your's was a life-changing love that brought both of you new life.
