Sometimes late at night,I sit up and wonder.
Wonder if the pain ever will subside.
You're precious in my sight.
Yet it seems I always blunder.
I wonder will I ever hold you by my side.
You mean the world to me.
You set my soul afire.

You are my hearts desire.
There's nothing I won't do
To put a smile upon your heart.

Sometimes when alone,
Thoughts of you make tears flow.
You're in another's arms, that hurts my heart.
But, babe, you are the one.
You're the one that makes my heart glow.
If I get the chance, from you I'll never part.
