This is dedicated to anyone who thinks they are past it.

Sizing you

You say your hair is on a Chinese menu,
That worry lines chisel your brow,
That crow's feet perch by your eyes,
That your lips are an empty purse,
That your neck wobbles like a turkey's,
That your hands pray by themselves,
That your breasts point to the South Pole,
That your tummy bears a phantom pregnancy,
That your bikini line is actually a tide mark,
That your hips stick out like sore thumbs,
That your thighs stick out like sore hips,
That your legs attract pants, not wolf whistles,
That your feet are not instep anymore,
That your skin feels like second hand,

Please lie down and let me
Give you a different perspective.
