Hi Its been some time since l have been here. I have to tell you that l collapsed last year and was waiting for an operation to correct my heartbeat.
I am glad to say that l am well now and no major effects from the operation.
Its nice to be back and l
Holding each moment, even if for only, a short time;
Having been spent, its joy moves away to another,
Here, we lived in its joy, its passing, joyful memory;
Hearing laughter is a cure for one, sadness for another,
Heartfelt joy, we relish its presence, awaiting the next time,
Happiness the healer, come our way again, so we can smile.

Happiness
How the word becomes alive when we are merry,Holding each moment, even if for only, a short time;
Having been spent, its joy moves away to another,
Here, we lived in its joy, its passing, joyful memory;
