Numb

Are you numb?

Are you numb to the thought,
of loosing it all

Are you numb to the feeling,
that builds up inside

Are you numd to the people,
that try to guide,
to help escape the feelings inside

Are you numb to the friends,
that are always there

Are you numb,
to seeing what open eyes see?

Be awake!

yay! that was really good.. ahh soo many people to make me feel like a horrid writer it's not fair! anyway, that was really good but i also agree with the other guy that there is sometimes a sense of safety in that numbness but i'd rather know than not..hmmm thought provoking i guess!:D
