Azure in his Eyes

Her smile use to light up the sky so frequently until the aspect of light was taken from her eyes; her complexion; her heart. One year since the incident "The Shooting" as she watched the darkness take over her only reason to live, her husband. A pure widow not married for a day; the bright azure in his eyes; the small movement of his lips reapeating "I love you". The life, everything she ever wanted seeped out of him as the crimson began to become unfathomable. The complexion of his face disappearing into the cold nothingness, empty state of life. Dressed in black she lay her head of what use to be his body but now a stone cold grave. She wept herself to a deep sleep, never wanting to wake, how close she could possibly be to him-she could only dream.
