She is all I dreamed that she would ever be
A lovely summer song to stir my soul
My 'friend' will always see the open side of me
Inside a secret love that makes me whole
her eyes have the softest shade of cinnamon
and her smile the brilliant sunshine of a day
and her laughter thrills the senses I rely upon
and my heart would not have another way
I enjoy the very nearness of her being there
Across the cyber space and captured time
And I will gently show her that at least I care
Yet wished above all else her heart were mine
But this friendship that we have in just so many ways
Demonstrates my deepest love and is for always
