i havnt seen you in over 8 months,
i remember all your silly stunts,
every smile,i remember,
the hardest month yet was december,
christmas,last year i spent with you,
this christmas, i felt blue,
without you,but your smile,
is with me,all the while,
all the time,
telling me you are still mine,
i wander how your life is now,
wandering if i'll see you again,somehow,
i wander if you've got a new girl,
im sure she'd be swell, ((i've always wanted to say that word))
but i know,
if i was there,i'd still be yours,joe,
no boy can come close to you,
i still see your smile,
all the while,
i told you,i never loved you,
i think you believed it too,
thats the last thing i said,
'i dont love you'
you still believe it,
but i still see your smile,
guideing me forward,
all the while,
