O'Bayana

I found a tree today
in black and white
a high dazzling birch
at twilight

We effortlessly allied
in ageless ambiance

Inner beauty profound
soaring
tranquility of mind

Gratitude and grace!
O'Bayana – hold me here
always

My back to your trunk
my heartbeat
in rhythm with yours

Easy as breath

Together
we sink into Earth
chubby roots
deep deep down
to the core of it all

Together
we talk with the wind
listen to the pebbles
stretch in the fields
roar with the peaks

Laughing laughing
lofty and lawless

Dancing in the mist
molding visions
supreme
skimming the Blue Crystal Lake
with timeless ease

Oh teach me
Expansion of Love
dearest O'Bayana

Teach me
Magic Awareness

Thanks guys! :))
This isn't just a poem, it's also an experience I had yesterday, connecting to a beautiful tree. It had tremendous surprises for me and my consiousness, when we shared a moment in time... That's how the poem was born. :)

"I think that I shall never see / A poem lovely as a tree." Joyce Kilmer was wrong . . . this is simply gorgeous.

Quite remarkable poem. Whether its a tree you planted, or one you found, trees have been our link to mother nature's plan.
