"Much Ado About Nothing"

About nothing, there's too much ado
So more aptly by Shakespeare stated
But I thought I should state it anew
So it wouldn't appear too outdated

"To be or not to be"
I can't answer that query
Old Bill, philosophically
Was far too deep for me

"There is nothing either good or bad,
But thinking makes it so"
So in truth, a cad's no cad
And don't think your foe's your foe

This is "Much ado about nothing", he said
Methinks he got it right
I think I'll put this poem to bed
Methinks I see the light

Very perceptive, Mr. Stanspeare, or is that Shakescooper?

Your rhymes always make me smile--and a smile is always welcome in my house.

Old Bill could earwig ,
Two a conversation ,
Put them in a play ,
He would one day pen ,
Not above '' borowing '' ,
A play of some other
Wordsmith ,
The bards philosophy ,
He found in what others ,
Did Say

I enjoyed this Stan, although I do like Shakespeare I have to admit - I think it does very much depend on how you were to introduced to the bard and often in the productions that you see. Some are dreadful but some are just sheer magic - glad to see that you both are still tickling our funny bones.
