PRONOUNCIATION SAGA

He asked me to spell DERIVE
Instead of DRIVE

I did
And he exclaimed
'Uncle you failed
You inserted an E
After the D'

Then I knew what he wanted
And why I failed

So I told him to pronounce DRIED
And he pronounced DERIDE
