The Tree of the Evaporated Girl
dissolving trees behind a dirt bush
c'mon girl, run, run, hush, hush
hide yourself from infinite violence
bury yourself under a coat of moss
your skin is bleeding, blood-stained wall
your legs are broken, down-hill fall
plant a seed inside your egg
c'mon girl, pray, pray, beg, beg
a tree will rise above your head
to signify and worship dead
you lost the run but the hush is yours
it took some time to find the force
