My purple sky.

I hope you last forever my purple sky,
At least stay for the bird song draped
Across the quiescent sun.
Please forgive my haste,
For the hours in this day have run away
With the whiskey in my glass.

Wonderful. You have captured the essence of what we all feel at the sun's setting. Bravo!
