White Sand Christmas

I'm dreaming of a white sand Christmas,
So far away from cold and snow.
Where palm trees are swaying,
And steel drums are playing.
Where the pace of life is slow.

Christmas in New England
Is quite a sight to see.
The hustle and the bustle
And snow up to your knee.
Oh how I want to get away.
Down to a warmer clime
Trade your coat in for a sarong
And sip something with lime.

I'm dreaming of a white sand Christmas,
So far away from cold and snow.
Where palm trees are swaying,
And steel drums are playing.
Where the pace of life is slow.

Let's plan next Christmas
To make a change in latitude.
Let's leave the wind and cold behind,
Refresh our attitude.
We'll frolic in the ocean.
We'll dance in the sand.
We'll take a barefoot stroll
At midnight hand in hand.

I'm dreaming of a white sand Christmas,
So far away from cold and snow.
Where palm trees are swaying,
And steel drums are playing.
Where the pace of life is slow.
