Saltwater Tammy

She's already in her beach chair
When the sun peeks o'er the sea.
This salty little mermaid
Has cast a spell on me.
Her toes are tickled by the surf
Sea breeze blows through her hair.
There is no place she would rather be.
Yes, she's at home down there.

I call her Saltwater Tammy,
She sure loves the beach.
Saltwater Tammy
Keeps the ocean within her reach.
She always seems to migrate
Back to the deep blue sea.
Saltwater Tammy,
Yes, she's the girl for me.

A bikini and some flip flops
Are the apparel of the day.
RayBans and some sunscreen
To keep the UV rays at bay.
Building sandcastles with her munchkins.
Chasing little sand crabs at night.
My sweet Saltwater Tammy
Is a wonderfulicious sight..

I call her Saltwater Tammy,
She sure loves the beach
Saltwater Tammy
Keeps the ocean within her reach.
She always seems to migrate
Back to the deep blue sea.
Saltwater Tammy,
Yes, she's the girl for me.

The sand, the surf, the moon and sun
Captivate her heart
I will gladly tell everyone
I have loved her from the start.

I call her Saltwater Tammy,
She sure loves the beach
Saltwater Tammy
Keeps the ocean within her reach.
She always seems to migrate
Back to the deep blue sea.
Saltwater Tammy,
Yes, she's the girl for me.

This is so sweet, Bob. You can't go wrong with a girl who's captivated by the sea. It's the bigger part of our world and she seems to be the bigger part of your world. I enjoyed reading this.
