Barking Trees
Madame M., Chaucer Whethers and a🐕 (dog )walk into a bar.
There is a 🌳(tree)growing at each end of the counter.
"This is an all natural, organic bar one of the trees will serve you. The other tree is purely for atmosphere," remarks the bartender by way of explanation. The Bartender does not bother to indicate which 🌳(tree) is which.
So Chaucer Whethers gives his order to the 🐕( dog )who promptly trots over to one of the trees and begins to bark out orders.
An hour later the 🌳(tree)has failed to provide drinks and the 🐕(dog) is growing 🐎(hoarse)
Seeing that the bartender has disappeared Chaucer turns to M.M.and says, " maybe the 🐕( dog) should try the other 🌳(tree) for a while."
M. looking thoughtful says, "?"
