Writer's Block
Am I stuck in neutral,Or just spinning my wheels?
I can't get goin',
At least that's how it feels.
Runnin' low on stories,
I need to get away.
Watching all the people
At work and as they play.
Writer's block,
A hurdle I can't seem to pass.

Such a big pain in my ass.
I try to write
A little each and every day.
Writer's block
Keeps getting in my way.
Have I lost my touch?
Has the well all dried up?
I keep tryin' to dip
But there's nothin' in my cup.
I've tried all the tricks
But every single time
No matter what I do
I simply cannot find a rhyme.

I hate this silly blockade
