Marble Mountains

In the shadows of marble mountains
One huge monstrous lie hemorrhaging into the next
Immaculate deception,
Deceptive Gray are the wolves wearing sheperds camouflage,
Skull and bones fade into activist teleprompter microphones
Into Park Avenue nouveau Carnegie red white and boo boo
Orama, we miss our llama so what now,
Time to milk another sacred cow come home
The barns are burning
Like a fast food neon drive through trough
Had enough?
Too much may be too little
So pretend what is there to spend ?
Just borrow tomorrow with an ostrich account
Any amount we choose to lose the way
Children lost in the worldly wilderness to stay,
In the shadows of marble mountains

Your poems remind me I love words. They collide beautifully.
