Inspired by some words of Jim Morrison. Sort of.

None of Us

None of us gets out of here alive

Take what Life offers
the good or the ill

Shape it or destroy it
With a potter's skill

A thing of beauty
Or a shard of shame

Take responsibility
Don't apportion blame

The work of our hands is what we are.

This is so beautiful! And I love Jim Morrison's songs, deep and filled with meaning, like this poem.
