NOTHING PERSONAL by Ann Wood

Do not touch my soul with black
hands
I still keep the lights in it
photos,
do you stand against me?
be honest with heart,
I can easily feel the low passions.

I have long stopped being good,
only principled and more
human loyal,
wisdom, aging, though with mental traces
from the human fallacy and fraud.

Every scar in my soul is scientific
lesson,
and I'm a good student ......
I forgive,
because God so orders,
but I am bad and difficult
I forget.
