That I have to go through
It's the only way I know
Of getting back to you
See, when you left me here
On that morning dark and cold
It wasn't just my heart you took
You also took my soul
But for now I think I'll wait a while
Until you say it's ok
As I don't want to get there early
And miss you by one day
So darling keep your spirit close to me
And guide me to the door
For you'll know the time to call me
Is when I can take no more.

The Door
Soon the door will openThat I have to go through
