i say this without judgement

with dispassion

and yet   with complete appreciation   the moon

is waxing crescent   for those of us of such a mind   

this is very good   for despite all   

all the pain   the illness   the et cetera   the nights

over the next week

will shine brighter   it is a certainty   

a rare certainty   to be appreciated
