OUTCOME UNKNOWN
Hi guys and girlsThought I'd give you an update
About what's been happening
Inside my useless world
If I find somehow to continue
And I truly hope I can
I'll continue writing stories
But it's hard for me man
It all depends what's happening
After my retina scan
I've been told I've torn them
With black spots in my eyes
So at the moment I'm quitting
I don't know if I'll be able
To continue writing fables
So I'm taking my typewriter
At least for the moment
Of off my table
As poetic verse writing
I don't feel I'm no longer able
I'm hoping this isn't the end
Also mixed dementia is mean
It really isn't my friend
All of you out there have been
Thanks for sharing my poetry
Along the way
here's hoping for better days
For all of you out there
Signing off is damned hard for me
Here's hoping I'll get back to poetry
If my mind and vision allows me to see
What will be will be
Writings my curse
I'm certain I'll be back
For more than one last verse
Tapering off for now
