Just be

There were two people
who were aware
that they were an exact fit
in the first meeting itself
the very first it was
they knew it then
and they understand it now

but they chose to
just let that be
to leave it at that
and instead
chose to just be.

Be with themselves
instead
for the other had
adsorbed into
the being.
