Yes, at one and the same moment of time.
One enemy is definitely in hiding.
I can see the signs they are close by
But they remain stubbornly hidden -
Despite, so far, twenty whole days
Of adsurdly small but powerful 
Antibiotic medication from Pharma
And I wouldn't wonder if I now
Glow in the dark from those Xrays and scans.
But on the heart front it's good news
Apparently my heart is in very good shape
Considering my level of antiquity!
So soldier on is what I must do
And seek this remaining enemy
With every weapon at my disposal.
One front is better than two,
