Education

We are here
because we
learnt to educate ourselves
and to educate is
to be forever on the learning curve,
trying
failing
reflecting
recalibrating
and pushing ourselves
to the frontiers
and over the horizons
led by our imagination
fortified by our will
and yet there is more.

We are here
because we learnt to grow
as a civilization
helping our kin out
and be with our
kindred souls
and resonate with
our conciousness.

We are here
because from
being in the wild
we embraced uncertainity
and practised courage
to weather the peace
and dare to grow against
Darwinian theorum,
helping, mentoring and
interning because
thats how we learn
in companianship
by seeing,
Thats how
we imbibe and
embody.

We discard what does
not align
and mutate with
what does -
we reside in space
and come brack from
the moon
to soak in a sunset
and rest under a
tree.

And yet there is more
for as Foucault says
We try to exercise
what we do not possess
- the power
and the games begin.

If only we could all be
a revenant
and return from the dead
to learn
how to live like
a mortal.
