From here on, I'm starting a new lyrics cycle, the old one is called The Richter Scale of Little Things. There was a hiatus caused by life and losing my login, so it's a natural cut.

Soft landing and take-off

sometimes life gives you snow in spring
the ethnic version of lemonade
snow over furrows

finding blessings
in the unblessed
and the uninjured pick up the pieces
of their fallen comrades
and their jigsaw puzzle

I was given a opening
to bolt through
and bolt behind me

new life
from furrows doused in lemonade
and serendipity

I feel that you are saying that we humans are actually pretty resilient, and your resilience, described in your poem, has allowed me to say, 'Welcome back on PB, Katarina.' :o) Too many poets have been missing in action. Blessings, Allen
