Hi everyone,

This is just to notify you that we are currently experiencing issues as concerns the automatic updating of the heart on accounts once a payment is received.

If you do pay for a Supporter account (heart) and receive a notification of payment from PayPal, and your account isn't updated, your payment isn't the issue, it's the automatic process of updating your account that hasn't gone through.  So please, do not send a second payment as this will not resolve the issue and you'll have paid twice.

If your account doesn't update after payment, please contact us, and I will do the update of your account manually.

Sorry for this bug!  We're looking into it to resolve it as soon as possible.
