Schematic

Forms of poetry scheme
At times creates
Innocuous schematic themes
Where ideas seldom procreate

Conversational rhythms attained
With each transacted villanelle
Is a challenging act sustained
With intense poetic will

Much like a problem
That seeks a solution
Answered with a sonnet succumbed
To a thoughtful resolution

Emotional caressing of love
Through a thoughtful ghazul
Emotes blessings covered
Each couplet unmuzzled

Each mirrored image
Reflected in a palindrome
Seeks a measured scrimmage
Of artistic effort seeking a throne

And yes the triolet
Which I have yet to try
May be a future success
Pursued with a triumphant cry

Schemes in conversation are thematic
Whispered loudly with screams
Of desire to witness schematic
While we as poets believe in dreams
