intersections

The street corner cycles

under its traffic sequence

Signals shift

A corridor of brief permission opens across lanes

Footsteps align in measured intervals

Late light settles on painted grids

Cars pause

The whole crossing resumes its ordered chaos again

This is, again, movement, as in a painting. Beautiful. A car that brakes for a cat, momentarily disrupting the clockwork, occupies my mind now. Well done. :)
