A smile is worth the universe
That smile was worth the universeIt meant the world to me.
It made me want to be,
I'll remember it forever.
Closing my eyes
It's all I ever see,
As you scrunched.
Up your face,
As you looked at me.
I hadn't smiled,
Not in a while.
You did that just for me,
That when you touched
My soul forever.
That is why that smile
That innocent smile
Was worth the world
To me.
It came about,
Just because. A child.
A lovely little child,
Looked up and smiled
at me.
