My sister Sandra had heart problems when she was born. She had to have 2 operation before she was feeling better. We were all so happy to see her dance afterwards.

Little Sandra Dances

Little Sandra dances
With mother’s shoes on
Bows to the audience
Sings a sweet little song
About flower petals falling
On our overgrown grass
For she wrote it herself
And is so proud if you ask
.
Yellow ribbon in her hair
It is made from the sun
The smile on her face
It belongs to everyone
And every time she twirls
All our hearts skip a beat
To see our Sandra dance
With her magic little feet
.
.
.

This is so sweet and loving, you paint a beautiful picture in words.

Such a charming scene you paint here. It reminded me of my eldest who used to steal my red handled screwdriver to use as a pretend microphone! A lovely poem, Jamsbo. I so enjoyed the read. Blessings, Allen

Morning Dave. I can feel the warmth in this poem,
thanks for sharing. I'm pleased that Sandra, has
such a lovely big brother, to watch over her.
