Back Day, this is my mentality...


My Come "BACK"!!!!

Lat Raises increases strength
Deadlifts increases power
after about 3 sets of each
I already need a shower

Reverse Flyes add definition
One armed DB Rows add thickness
light weight on reverse flyes
but anything less than 100lbs
on the other would give me some
type of sickness

Bent Over Rows "done correctly" (important)
as to not cause an injury
it's my lower back I'm working on
and to hurt it would be careless
and pretty dumb of me

On to heavy sets of Seated Rows
while keeping my mind on one track
this is the beginning of my "Pain & Punishment
The very first step in My Come "BACK"
