its alright to cry...inspired by a very close friend


when you cry

you've been through a life
of misery and pain
but society expects you
to put on a brave face
they frown upon you
when you show signs of emotion
they fail to realise
that you are human too
and it's alright to show emotion
so every day you out on
this solemn face
you look like you've got it together
but deep down you're a mess
you need to get away from society
even if it's just for a day
let go of your inhibitions
just let it all out
it's alright to cry
it's alright to break down
and when you cry
I smile...
because I know
you're human too
and when you cry
I smile...
because I know that
you are letting go
of all that's bothering you

Yes we shall all let us gice in to the tears, because we need it, it's like release the pressure of all the bad things that lays on your shoulders and then after you can breath again... I think this poem is so beautiful.. Thanks for a good write here!!
