Step in
look around
there they are
the pounds

into the pit
Look Down
there they are
the pounds

That clanging
those sounds
only can be made by
the Pounds

That gritting
those frowns
caused by
the pounds

These biceps
thick and round
created by
these pounds

To achieve muscle
in mounds
you have to lift,
push, & pull
the pounds

So if you see iron
I'll be around
because I addicted
to THE POUNDS
