A Good Luck tribute to the 8 time Mr. Olympia the best bodybuilder ever (yes even better than Arnold Schwarzenegger).
He will solidify his title as the Greatest Bodybuilder ever by an all time best ninth Mr. Olympia title if he wins on Sept. 30 at the Or

Gunning for the Champ (GOOD LUCK RONNIE big nasty COLEMAN)

Everyone has their eyes on the king
17 competitors want to sit on
the throne
but when it comes to mass & conditioning
I think the Big Nasty stands alone

but let's take a minute to analyze
who are the legitmate threats
can anyone take the crown from the king
the show is in Las Vegas so place
your bets

Victor Martinez fifth place last year
and sky's the limit if he comes
on point
but defeat Ronnie at the Olympia
do you really believe he can
I don't

Gunter Schlierkamp defeated Ronnie
supposely at the 2002 GNC Show
I've seen both competitors then
and I don't know

Is Gunter a legitimate threat
his trainer (Charles Glass)
and nutritionist (Chad Nicholls)
think so
but when Gunter said he was confident
Ronnie the Big Nasty just said let's go

The big news is the return of
Dexter Jackson nicknamed the Blade
This guy really has his act together
and he puts in the work so hopefull
he get paid

Dexter said he doesn't think Ronnie
can be defeated but he believes
he can take second place from Jay
if you've had a chance to see them
on stage together you'd know there's
some merrit in what he had to say

I have to give Dexter a big Ups
Good luck to you I saw you at
the Arnold's and you're for real
so if you come in even tighter
and drier 2nd place is yours
I feel

Gustavo Badel, Mr. Confidence
champion of the Challenge Round
they drop that this year and if Gunter
and Dexter comes in on point
I think Gustavo will go another
2 spots down

Jay Cutler, the 4 time runner up
every year somehow he thinks
he won
Ok here's a little positive reinforcement
you the first competitor who lost
in a weird way you're # 1

These are the main five guys
gunning for the champ
Do any of them really have
the chance to win
Maybe??? but I think Ronnie
will keep the Sandow in the End
