The Bay ( a message for a couple of friends)

The world is full of ugliness
those who harm those who hate
those who take short cuts
those who can't get a break

Bills, families, spouses, loniliness
all these things keep us down
War, poverty, murder
there's enough pain to go around

For those of us who have a moment
take that moment to get away
find some comfort
a moment's peace of mind
at the Bay

you'll find beautiful hearts,
beautiful spirits too
even those who
don't agree with you

You'll find Kathy Lockhart
who's beauty and talent
is second to none
You'll find Kaye-Joanne
who seems to unite us
as one

You'll find the overall beauty of Haseen
the light humor of Teala
The deep writings of Liola
read some I'm guarantee you feel her

The deep thoughts of Carmen (NSW)
read some you'll no doubt become a fan
the moral life lessons
of Dan the Man

The New fresh style of Cindy
Also known as wee2souls
Also Phyillis (pj) who's a beautiful
person also from a reliable source
I've been told

What a lovely poem. I totally agree with your sentiments. The world can be ugly out there sometimes... but it is such a beautiful place with our precious loved ones and cherished cherished friends. It is great that we can be an inspiration - a shoulder to people at the bay. A safe haven for sure. Keep up the very inspirational poetry Will. Tamar.
