What is a book ?what do you call* Book*?
well I think It's a talkative friend yet very silent:)


The Book


It's been always with me
like a flower and a honey bee!
I'm a word in its world
or maybe a drop by its sea.


It can be a boat ,saves our lives
in a terrible flood , no one survives.
Also the wings when one flies
light and flowing towards the skies!


Book is a world, I know you agree
no limits here! get in and see.
It's an ice cream or a cup of tea:)
to choose the flavour you are free.


My life's a book ,
my friends are books,
In every book ,on every page ,
footprints of thoughts ,words all look.


This world's a book,
who knows? out there....out of this book
the book of universe,
maybe an ANGEL is reading this verse:

"We're all pages and only pictures,
letters of a word or perhaps mirrors.

Beware now all soon we'll pass by ,
as this page turns!"

I enjoyed this analysis of just what a book is so much because I have been thinking about just that topic. I have wings to fly now and which direction, is my first and foremost decision, then the books will fly out of me. Thanks for helping with this insightful poem. Smiling at you, ~Tai
