First meetings are always clumsy!!!


I didn't mean to stare!!!

I'm sorry,
I didn't mean to stare, but,
I just didn't know what to say,
When I looked into those eyes,
Those startling eyes of yours,

A million times, they gave you,
Nothing but sale pitches,
And what makes my stumbles and stutters,
Any different I wonder?,
Nothing, I guess,

I was just amazed,
The world just stopped,
Lightning struck, once,
When I saw what I want to see forever,
Just to stare at you,
I'll stop the world,
Just to gaze at you,
I'll handcuff lightning and throw thunder in jail,

Once again, I didn't mean to stare,
You were so beautiful,
So obvious to admire from afar,
I give no sale, just a plea,
To say hello and help me speak,
In my clumsiness, and if I don't continue,
To look so pathetic,
Could you give a admirer a chance to be,
Amazed again?,

The dancer moves without a trace,
